This learn Spanish grammar lesson is about learning how to form the plural familiar or vosotros command in the affirmative and the negative. Remember, vosotros is the plural form of "you," that is only used in Spain.Outside of Spain, Ustedes is used, which uses the Formal Command Forms.
Affirmative Command Forms
To form the plural familiar or vosotros command form in the affirmative, take the infinitive form of the verb, drop the "r" and add "d."
For example:
1. Hablar
2. Drop the "r" = habla
3. Add "d" = hablad

Negative Command Forms
The negative command form for the plural familiar or vosotros is the second-person plural (vosotros) of the present subjunctive. If you are not familiar with the present subjunctive forms, then here is how to form the negative command:
1. Conjugate the infintive verb as it would be for "Yo" in the present indicative.
2. Drop the -O from the end.
3. Now add either -éis for -ar verbs or -áis for -er/-ir verbs.
